Email Notifications

Once you setup your Testfuse account you will receive a set of notifications after performing certain tasks which include;

  • Candidate Created

The "Candidate Created" email goes to a candidate when a recruiter invites them for an assessment. It essentially contains a sign-up link for the platform. Candidates can only be invited to the platform by a recruiter, they cannot sign themselves up.

  • Candidate Invited

When a recruiter invites a candidate who is already signed up on the platform, the candidate will receive this email.

  • Email Activation Request

During your sign-up process for Testfuse, you will receive an Email Activation request, after you submit the sign-up form, on your email account associated with the account registered.

  • Reset Password Request

When you request to reset your password, you will receive an email containing the Reset Password Link.

  • Team Invitation

A new user receives this email when they're invited by a recruiter for a company as a Team Member. This email contains a sign-up link that can be used to complete the team member's sign-up process.

  • Reminder

You may receive Reminder emails from Testfuse on multiple occasions such as:

  • Assessment Expiration

The candidate assigned will receive these emails 7 days before, 3 days before, 1 day before and an hour before the assessment expires.
